Fans Started "Develop Destiny 3" Petition Following Destiny 2's End

Destiny 2 has played a nostalgic role for many gamers for years now. The franchise provided gamers with an incredible universe, engaging gameplay, and a passionate community of players. Nonetheless, it has become evident that the last patches are coming to Destiny 2 very soon. For many gamers, this announcement came as a shock and disappointment. Nonetheless, Destiny 2 fans are not willing to part with their favorite franchise.

Fans Start Petition for Destiny 3

It is currently at the moment that fans are asking Sony to revive this beloved franchise. It was done in the form of a petition by a certain Harley Casto. The petition is directed at Sony and asks them to create Destiny 3.

This move by the community has been incredible. It gained popularity at an incredibly fast rate. Within a matter of days, the number of signatures was well over 40,000 and is still counting and has already surpassed 63,859 verified signatures. People are even commenting on the petition page with such emotion. Many players share how they have met people, married others, formed lifelong friendships, all because of this game world.

It is very clear what Sony should do. The players crave continuing the “spirit of Guardian.” They thirst for fresh plots, exciting quests, and revolutionary gameplay elements. All this will be realized by developing the third part.
