Last season, Jonny Bairstow scored a fine century as PBKS chased down a record 262 in fine fashion. Shreyas Iyer was KKR captain then and even in PBKS’ last game, Shreyas looked out of ideas as his side were hit out of the game.
However, come Mullanpur, the PBKS captain had the last laugh, writing his name in the history books. The PBKS captain set attacking fields, trusted his bowlers to deliver the job. And credit to PBKS, they executed their plans to deliver another humiliating loss to KKR.
