Man badly hurt in Berlin Holocaust memorial stabbing

A man has been seriously injured in a stabbing at Berlin's Holocaust memorial, police have said.

Police in Berlin on Friday said a man had been seriously injured by an unknown assailant the site of Berlin's Holocaust memorial.

The injured man was taken to the hospital, police said, adding that emergency workers were at the scene "to care for several people who had to witness the events."
