Duterte arrested at Manila airport

Philippine police served an Interpol arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court for former president.

Former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has been arrested at Manila airport on Tuesday the government said. 

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant over his "war on drugs."

Duterte was flying back from Hong Kong where he said he was ready to be arrested.
