Fight fans have been left surprised after the controversial 'curtain' inside AT&T Stadium was drawn – despite claims demanding Netflix wanted the opposite for their Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson mega fight.

The decision to pull down the blinds inside the £1billion home of the Dallas Cowboys was at odds with a claim made by big-talking owner Jerry Jones – who was on the front foot hours before the mega fight inside his treasured home. The 82-year-old has been defending the arena he created with Cowboys fed up of sunlight issues at one end of the stadium, which have blindsided his side in their home games. His own players have revolted but Jones insists Netflix were keen to let the light in on Friday night.

The laughing Cowboys owner, speaking to 105.3 The Fan ahead of Paul vs Tyson, said: "Those fights actually start at 3pm this afternoon. Netflix, specifically didn't want a curtain. So we (aren't doing) a curtain." But that has caused confusion hours before the big one with fans scratching their heads at an image from AT&T Stadium which clearly showed the curtain closed. Cowboys fans are incensed as they reckon the team they love are suffering from an issue which has been resolved at the last minute.
