We've scoured the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days pages for the best value whisky deals with stock available right now. Highlights this time around include a near-£40 bottle of Glenlivet for £23, an impressive £17 saving, and a whopping £30 off a £100 bottle of Aberlour.

Glenlivet Founder's Reserve - was £39.50, now £22.99

For anyone keen on a smooth, creamy taste, you could opt for The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky with Giftbox, which is reduced from £39.50 to just £22.99. With a citrusy, zesty taste, this whisky was lauded by one five-star review as “a masterpiece that upholds the brand's legacy with pride”. High praise indeed!

Tamnavulin Speyside Single Malt - was £32, now £22.80

Next, you might consider the Tamnavulin Speyside Single Malt Whisky German Pinot Noir Edition at £22.80 (down from £32). Another 70cl Speyside distillation, this one comes with its countryman’s seal of approval in the reviews: “As a Scotsman with a fondness for a decent single malt whisky, I have to say I enjoyed the subtle flavours enhanced by the Pinot Noir barrels it was matured in. This is a budget single malt, but definitely has a depth of flavour and aroma that appeals. I would definitely recommend it.”

Bruichladdich Classic Laddie - was £46, now £34.20

This one is down to £25.30 from £39.33 and has a creamy mouth feel, with notes of dried fruit, sea salt and gentle spices. It boasts an average rating of 4.7 stars from over 5,000 Amazon reviews, and while plenty of reviews note its exceptional quality, some feel the flavour profile could be more intense: “It has only a hint of smoke and sherry, for someone looking for that, keep looking." It just goes to show with this tipple, and indeed all whiskies, how you find the taste is likely down to your personal palate.
