Telangana: Reactor blast at chemical factory leaves 10 dead, dozens injured

Telangana: A powerful reactor blast at Sigachi Pharma Company in Pasamailaram Phase 1, Sangareddy district, Telangana, killed 10 people and left over a dozen injured on Monday, according to official reports.

The explosion triggered a massive fire, prompting the deployment of eleven fire tenders to control the blaze. Firefighting operations are still underway as emergency crews work to contain the situation.

“The incident took place at Sigachi Pharma Company, Pasamailaram Phase 1. Eleven fire tenders have reached the site. Nearly 15–20 people have been injured. Further details awaited,” Telangana Fire Officials told news agency.
