A REFORM Jersey candidate has retained his seat following a recount of votes for the St Helier Central constituency.
Ordered yesterday, the recount found that one vote had been misattributed.
Claire de Than – a supporter of the priorities of Value Jersey – gained one vote.
Robin Ward, who had previously been 21 votes behind Mr Carpenter, lost one.
This did not impact the final order of candidates.
The new States Assembly cohort will be sworn in in the Royal Court on Friday.
