Samsung leaks Galaxy S25 Edge prices on its own website
by Nathan Drescher · Android PoliceSummary
- Samsung accidentally revealed the Galaxy S25 Edge's Canadian pricing in the terms and conditions of a French-Canadian offer.
- The phone starts at $1,678 CAD for 256GB, $1,858 CAD for 512GB, or $1,200 and $1,400 USD.
- Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13, and will become available on May 30 in North America.
Samsung teased the Galaxy S25 Edge at the Galaxy Unpacked event back in January. Then we saw it at Mobile World Congress, but aside from its physical form factor, little else is known about the device. It looks like we now know how much it will cost thanks to a slip-up by Samsung .

The company inadvertently revealed Canadian pricing for the Galaxy S25 Edge through a promotional offer posted on the Samsung Canada website (via Sammobile). Samsung listed a full table of eligible products as part of a bundle giving customers 20% off a Galaxy Tab S10 FE when they buy a Galaxy S25 device. There, for all the world to see, was the Galaxy S25 Edge complete with retail pricing for both the 256GB and 512GB variants.

The pricing was originally spotted by Bluesky user Roland Quandt when he was searching through the terms and conditions of the offer on the French version of the Canadian site (most businesses have both an English and French version of their websites in Canada). We were able to confirm the pricing ourselves.
According to the listing, the 256GB variant is priced at $1,678 CAD ($1,200 USD), while the 512GB version goes for $1,858 CAD ($1,400 USD). Those numbers seem to match with earlier reports these would be premium devices.

Korean pricing for the same models surfaced just hours before the leak on the Canadian site, although these were slightly cheaper, at $1,049 and $1,140 USD, respectively. It's unclear where US pricing will ultimately land, but it's a safe bet it will be more than $1,000.
May 13 launch event confirmed
We know Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy S25 Edge at a special event on May 13, and it should become available soon after. Korean sales are expected to begin May 23, followed by a US, and a Canadian, launch on May 30.
All that's left is the official announcement now that pricing is out in the open. Expect Samsung to lean heavily into its premium design and the inevitable AI features to justify the premium price tag.
