Ghana’s Black Stars will round off their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup with a final friendly against Jamaica.

The match against the Reggae Boyz is scheduled for June 10, with the venue yet to be confirmed by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

It comes after Ghana’s earlier warm-up fixture against Wales on June 2 at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Ahead of the Wales clash, head coach Carlos Queiroz is expected to announce his final 26-man squad for the tournament later today, marking a key step in the team’s build-up to the global showpiece.

The Black Stars are intensifying preparations for the 23rd edition of the World Cup, jointly hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, where they hope to improve on recent performances and progress beyond the group stage for the first time since 2010.

Ghana have been drawn in Group L alongside Panama, England and Croatia. They will begin their campaign against Panama on June 17 at BMO Field, before taking on England at Gillette Stadium on June 23.

Their final group match will be against Croatia on June 27.
