The warm-up fixture was expected to provide Queiroz with a final opportunity to evaluate his squad and fine-tune his starting lineup ahead of the crucial opening game against Panama.

The Black Stars will continue their preparations in Rhode Island over the coming days before taking on Panama on June 17 in their opening World Cup fixture.

Following the clash with Panama, Ghana will face England on June 23 before concluding their Group L campaign against Croatia on June 27.
