2025/26 Ghana Premier League: Week 20 Match Preview – Eleven Wonders vs Hearts of Oak

Eleven Wonders will be desperate to arrest a worrying slide when they welcome Hearts of Oak to the University of Ghana Sports Stadium in Saturday’s Ghana Premier League encounter.

They remain rooted to the bottom of the table after a narrow 1-0 defeat away to Heart of Lions at the Kpando Stadium, a result that stretched their losing record to 14 matches.

Eleven Wonders have collected just nine points from 19 games, scoring 14 goals and conceding a league-high 29. Their home record offers little comfort, with only two wins from ten matches and defensive issues continuing to undermine their efforts.

In contrast, Hearts of Oak arrive in confident mood despite being held to a goalless draw by Dreams FC last weekend. That result ended their hopes of a ninth league win but did little to disrupt their momentum. Mas-Ud Didi Dramani’s side have lost only once in their last six matches, keeping five clean sheets in that run.

Hearts sit fifth with 32 points and boast the league’s best defensive record, conceding just seven goals. They also hold a strong recent head-to-head advantage and will be confident of extending their push up the table.
