Hearts of Oak ahead coach Didi Dramani has acknowledged the strength of Gold Stars ahead of their Ghana Premier League clash this weekend.

The highly-rated tactician and his lads are travelling to Bibiani this weekend to face Gold Stars in a Week 24 fixture of the ongoing 2025/26 league fixture.

Speaking in a pre-match interview, Didi Dramani admitted that the encounter will be difficult, insisting that his side is mindful of the strength of the opponent ahead of the game.

“We are mindful of the strength of our opponent. We have played them twice this season, and it’s all ended in a draw. It tells you that the next game will be tough,” Didi Dramani told Hearts TV.

The coach further assured supporters that his team is working hard in training this week, knowing that they need to improve on their goal scoring.

“We are in a marathon league, and sometimes we face difficult games. In our last match, we created chances to score at least three goals, but we failed to score. It’s worrying, so we are working to improve that.

“The players accepted full responsibility for the outcome of that game, and they know they need to improve on decision making,” Didi Dramani added.

The Week 24 fixture between Gold Stars and Hearts of Oak is scheduled for Sunday, March 1, at Dun’s Park.
