Nations FC and Dreams FC set for MTN FA Cup final showdown

The Abrankese-based side have enjoyed an impressive cup run, beginning with a victory over Ebony FC before eliminating AshantiGold, Swedru All Blacks and Berekum Chelsea. They secured their place in the final with a semi-final triumph over Aduana FC in Swedru.
Nations FC have been one of the tournament's strongest defensive teams, scoring eight goals and conceding only two throughout their campaign.
Dreams FC, meanwhile, are aiming to win the competition for the second time after lifting the trophy in the 2022-23 season. The Still Believe lads also enjoyed a strong Premier League campaign, finishing in the top four.
Their route to the final included victories over Semper Fi and Asanska FC before overcoming Inter Allies on penalties in the quarter-finals. Dreams then edged Medeama 3-2 in a thrilling semi-final encounter to book their place in the final.
The winner of Sunday's showdown will not only lift the MTN FA Cup but also secure a place in next season's CAF Confederation Cup.
With Nations FC chasing a first major trophy and Dreams FC seeking another piece of silverware, an exciting contest is expected in Accra.
