Northern Region and Elite Academy-Achimota SHS headline Saturday's U15 Colts Championship fixtures

The race to impress scouts and technical observers intensifies on Saturday as the 2026 Elite U15 Boys Colts Championship continues with a packed schedule at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.

After an encouraging opening day that showcased several emerging prospects from across the country, participating teams will return to the pitch determined to strengthen their standing while taking advantage of another opportunity to demonstrate their potential.

The morning fixtures begin on Pitch 1, where the Upper East Region faces the Greater Accra Region at 9:00am before the Brong Ahafo Region takes on the Upper West Region an hour later.

Attention will also turn to Pitch 2, where the Northern Region meets Elite Academy-Achimota SHS at 9:00am in one of the most anticipated encounters of the day. That match will be followed by a clash between the Volta Region and the Western Region at 10:00am.

The action resumes in the afternoon with another set of intriguing contests. On Pitch 1, the Central Region squares off against Elite Academy-Prempeh College at 3:00pm before the Northern Region returns to face the Ashanti Region at 4:00pm.

Meanwhile, Pitch 2 hosts the Eastern Region against Elite Academy-Bolgatanga SHS at 3:00pm. The day's programme concludes with the Western Region taking on Elite Academy-Achimota SHS at 4:00pm.

Beyond the results, the championship remains focused on identifying and nurturing future stars.
