The Black Starlets head into the fixture looking for their first win of the tournament after settling for a 2-2 draw against Algeria in their opening game.
Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum’s side showed attacking quality during the Algeria clash after racing into a two-goal lead before being pegged back in the second half.
Sunday’s match against Senegal is expected to play a major role in shaping Ghana’s qualification hopes for the knockout stage.
The Black Starlets are also aiming to secure one of the qualification places for the FIFA U-17 World Cup later this year.
Preparations for the game are already underway, with the players returning to training on Friday for a recovery session in Rabat.
