New Trailer For Taylor Sheridan's THE MADISON Starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell

Horses roaming across wide Montana valleys. A wealthy family escaping personal tragedy. And two Hollywood heavyweights at the center of it all.

Yep, The Madison has officially arrived with its first full trailer, and it looks like another gripping chapter in Taylor Sheridan’s expanding television universe.

Paramount+ has unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming drama, led by Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell, and it offers a tense, emotional preview of a family trying to rebuild their lives in the shadow of devastating loss. The series premieres March 14, with a unique rollout plan that’ll have fans bingeing quickly.

In the trailer, Russell’s Preston Clyburn delivers a quiet but loaded line to Pfeiffer’s Stacy Clyburn as she soaks in a bathtub, clearly weighed down by grief: “You’ll have as much life as you’ll allow yourself.”

Later in the footage, Pfeiffer’s character offers a stark reflection on her family’s fragility: “Mine is not a family designed to withstand tragedy.”

The setup is classic Sheridan territory but with a fresh angle. Russell plays Preston Clyburn and Pfeiffer is Stacy Clyburn, whose family moves from Manhattan to the Madison River valley of central Montana after suffering a tragedy.

Trading skyscrapers for open sky, the Clyburns attempt to reset their lives in a rugged landscape that doesn’t bend easily.

The series boasts an ensemble that includes Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova, Matthew Fox and Will Arnett.

Produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions, The Madison will roll out in two tranches. The first three episodes premiere on March 14, followed by the remaining three episodes on March 21. At just six episodes, it marks Sheridan’s shortest season order yet.

Still, the story isn’t ending anytime soon. The series has already been renewed for a second season, and it has already been shot.

If you’re into sweeping Western drama mixed with family tension and powerhouse performances, this one looks like it’ll be right up your alley.
