LaLiga: ‘They controlled everything’ – Mourinho hails two Real Madrid players after Betis defeat

by · Daily Post

Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, has hailed two of his players following Los Blancos’ LaLiga 1-0 defeat to Real Betis on Friday night.

Mourinho watched as Betis defeated Real Madrid at the La Cartuja Stadium, thanks to Troy Parrott’s only goal of the match.

Speaking at his post-match interview after the game, Mourinho hailed centre-backs Ibrahima Konate and Dean Huijsen for controlling the match, adding that they were imperial.

“The team played a great match. Sometimes you lose and don’t know why or how to explain it,” Mourinho said.
