Turkey: Osimhen’s former teammate advises him to leave Galatasaray for EPL or LaLiga
by Don Silas · Daily PostVictor Osimhen’s former Napoli teammate, Diego Demme, has advised him to leave Galatasaray for the Premier League or LaLiga.
Osimhen initially joined Galatasaray on loan from Napoli two years ago before the Turkish Super Lig giants signed him permanently in 2025.
The 27-year-old won back-to-back Super Lig titles with Galatasaray and was linked with a move to several top European clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Juventus and Atletico Madrid.
“I think Osimhen is very happy in Galatasaray because he likes the fans and they like him, but I still want to see him play for one of the biggest clubs in Europe in a league like La Liga or the Premier League,” Demme told R.org.
