War: We’ll never leave American warfighter behind – Trump reacts to rescued US pilot

United States President Donald Trump has said that the US would never leave an American warfighter behind.

Trump made this statement in a post on his Truth Social early Sunday while reacting to the rescued US pilot from a downed jet in Iran.

DAILY POST reports that Iran had claimed that it shot down a United States F-35 fighter jet over its central region with two US airmen missing.

The second airman was rescued after days of intensive search.

Reacting to the recovery, Trump wrote, “We will never leave an American warfighter behind.

“The fact that we were able to pull off both of these operations without a single American killed, or even wounded, proves once again that we have achieved overwhelming air dominance and superiority over the Iranian skies.

“This is a moment that all Americans, Republican, Democrat, and everyone else should be proud of and united around.”
