Transfer: Arsenal confirm deal for De Almeida

Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Elisa De Almeida from Paris Saint-Germain.

The 28-year-old defender made 154 appearances for PSG, scoring three goals across a five-year spell.

“I’m so excited to join Arsenal,” De Almeida told Arsenal’s official website.

“This is a very big club and I can’t wait to get started. I grew up watching Arsenal and seeing French players wear this jersey, so I’m proud to take this step.
