Nations League: Jorge Jesus reveals when next Ronaldo will play for Portugal

Portugal head coach, Jorge Jesus has said he will call Cristiano Ronaldo for the next international break.

Jesus was speaking to reporters after their 2-1 win over Norway in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday.

According to him, Ronaldo will decide if he wants to play for his country again after storming out of camp last week.

“Cristiano Ronaldo will be called up for the next international break, if he wants to return.

“It’s his decision. I am ready to call him if he will play with Al Nassr,” he said.

Ronaldo was left fuming after Jesus left him on the bench for the entire 90 minutes of a 2-1 win over Croatia.

Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes has since taken over the armband and the no.7 shirt is being worn by Rafael Leao.
