by · Daily Post

The Opta Supercomputer has delivered its predictions for the 2026/27 Premier League season.

Arsenal are the defending champions having finished seven points ahead of Manchester City last season.

Manchester United and Aston Villa completed the top four.

Having carried out several simulations, Opta has given Arsenal a 38.0% chance of winning the title again.

Their closest rivals are expected to be Manchester City (20.5%) and Liverpool (9.2%).

Manchester United (6.2%), Aston Villa (4.8%) and Chelsea (4.1%) have been tipped to complete the top five.

Arsenal will open the new campaign when they welcome Coventry City to the Emirates on Friday night.
