Liam Rosenior names untouchable Chelsea player
by Don Silas · Daily PostChelsea manager, Liam Rosenior has named Cole Palmer as an ‘untouchable’ player in his squad.
Speaking during a press conference ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League tie with Napoli on Wednesday, Rosenior also addressed rumors regarding Palmer’s status at Stamford Bridge.
“Cole Palmer happy? YES. Untouchable? YES,” Rosenior said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.
Rosenior went on to dismissed circulating reports of Palmer feeling unsettled, insisting, “There is no reason for an assurance from the club. It is so unrealistic. It comes from nowhere. No need to talk.”
Palmer has been named in the Blues squad for the upcoming match against Napoli.
The England international has been brilliant for Chelsea since joining the club from Manchester City three years ago.
