He explained that the Accord Party only relied on the people of Osun State.

According to him, if the APC had won the election, the blueprint for future elections would have depended solely on money and violence.

“I just confirmed today that they spent N110 billion. When you stand by the people, the people will stand by you.

“I’ve come from somewhere where we had an insider who was sending us information.

“If you saw the cash that these people brought in, if they had gotten away with that election, Nigeria is finished because the blueprint for elections will only be money and violence,” he said.

DAILY POST reports that the incumbent governor, Ademola Adeleke, Davido’s uncle and candidate of the Accord Party, won the election after defeating his closest rival, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Oyebamiji.
