'The devil is already weak' - Jake Paul fires Mike Tyson brutal message before showdown

Jake Paul has sent a brutal message to his opponent Mike Tyson as they prepare to face off overnight.

Tyson returns to the ring for his first professional fight in two decades to take on the YouTube sensation-turned- professional fighter who is determined to crush the heavyweight legend.

The match takes place tonight in Texas having been moved from its original July date due to an injury sustained by 'Iron Mike'. It's attracted a lot of controversy due to the 31-year age gap between them and the fact that Paul is in a much fresher condition.

'The Problem Child' is widely expected to beat his opponent, especially if their fight goes the distance, but Tyson's experience and ability to deliver a knockout blow can't be underestimated, either.

The two opponents have exchanged words throughout the build-up, but Tyson's comments during their pre-fight conference seemed to have riled up Paul.

When asked if he was going to 'be bringing darkness on Friday night?' by a reporter Tyson replied: "I'm bringing the devil himself," indicating that he's going to leave it all in the ring.

Paul took the bait and responded on Instagram, saying: "Tyson says he's bringing darkness and the devil tomorrow. I'm bringing God. I'm bringing love to win this fight. All the power of the light.

He added: "I'm channelling all the angels and all the good and truth of this world. Say a prayer for God to win.

"The devil is already weak. Time to take him out."

It was clear that Paul was trying to portray Tyson as the 'bad guy' with both fighters insisting this isn't going to be some glorified exhibition contest and that they're going all out to win.

Nevertheless, many are predicting it to go the distance, with former British Boxer Carl Froch even suggesting that there could be a clause in the pre-fight contract to prevent any kind of knockout from happening.
