This time next week, Manchester United will embark on a new era as Ruben Amorim takes charge of his first game. United travel to Portman Road to take on Ipswich Town next Sunday afternoon (4.30pm).

It's the first of seven games in the next three weeks meaning the Portuguese will be busy at work in his first month in England. Between now and the New Year, United are in action 11 times across all competitions.

The outcome in those 11 matches could mould how the remainder of the 2024/2025 season plays out meaning that Amorim must hit the ground running at Old Trafford.
