A man who was killed in an alley beside a pub in a knife attack has been named, as a 15-year-old boy is charged with murder.

Alfonso Sibley, 23, lost his life on Tuesday, December 9 outside The Wheatsheaf pub on Kingston Road, Surrey, at around 3.30pm.
