ITV Emmerdale spoilers reveal Tom King finally caught out, cancer shock and Eric secret

Emmerdale's new spoilers have teased big moments ahead on the ITV soap, from a cancer diagnosis to Eric Pollard's secret and the end of Tom King is on the way

Viewers can expect big scenes on Emmerdale next week, including the moment we have all been waiting for where Tom King is concerned.

There's a downfall finally on the cards it seems, as the police finally catch up with villain Tom. There's some worrying scenes once more for Eric Pollard with him seemingly hiding a secret that shocks one resident.

There's a cancer diagnosis that rocks one family, and one secret couple could be caught out. The key story of the week is Belle Dingle's return to the village after her recent ordeal at the hands of abusive ex Tom.

Belle admitted herself to a secure mental health unit recently, amid her facing prison for attacking Tom with an axe. Belle is still trying to prove Tom's abuse and the fact she acted in self-defence.

But next week she might finally see Tom pay for his crimes, as the police look set to arrest him once more. He makes quite an error that could be the moment needed to see his lies fall apart.

Tom sneaks into Belle's house after her return, and steals one of her tops. Belle notices the top is missing but has no idea where it's gone or that Tom has been there.

With Tom still using Amelia Spencer and faking a romance with her, he keeps her onside by making her think he wants to marry her one day. Amelia agrees to put Nicola King in her place regarding her issues with Tom, but Nicola remains less than convinced by their show of unity.

As Tom hints he wants to move away, Sam Dingle heads to the police station not wanting him to evade justice. But the police reveal that they still aren’t in a position to do anything about Tom.

That could soon change though, when Belle bumps into Tom in the village and he taunts her. She then spots Amelia wearing her missing top and Belle accuses her or Tom of taking it, leaving Amelia in disbelief.

it seems she then questions Tom leading to him confronting her leaving her horrified. Things get worse for him when he forcefully marches her out of the house just as DS Foy arrives, who wants to question him - and it seems soon enough he's caught out.

Elsewhere in the village next week, Eric is lying once more. As he pushes the idea of a lavish honeymoon after proposing to Brenda Walker, it's clear he's hiding something when he's questioned about his newfound wealth.

Soon he's followed by Leyla Harding, and he's forced to make a worrying confession. Chas Dingle and Liam Cavanagh could also be caught out amid their secret romance behind the back of Liam's ex Ella Forster.

She's suspicious and catches them in a heated row, bit will she learn the truth? Finally next week we have sad news about newcomer Anthony Fox, Ruby's dad.

Just weeks on from the death of Ruby's estranged mother Helen after illness, Anthony breaks the news to granddaughter Steph that he has cancer. Steph pledges her support to him, hoping it might help mend the strained relationship between him and Ruby amid Ruby begging her daughter for another chance.
