Rebekah Vardy makes nasty swipe at 'potato' Wayne Rooney and says he's 'full of s***'

In an explosive interview ahead of tomorrow's I'm A Celebrity launch, Rebekah has reminisced about her famous Wagatha Christie battle back in 2022

Rebekah Vardy has fully let rip at Wayne Rooney ahead of wife Coleen's upcoming I'm A Celebrity stint - by calling a "baked potato" and ranting he's "full of s***".

In an explosive interview ahead of tomorrow's ITV show launch, Rebekah has reminisced about her famous Wagatha Christie battle back in 2022 - during which she landed a £1.8million legal bill after famously losing at court. She went on to lose in court again in October this year, forcing her to pick up another hefty bill.

Recalling the retired footballer giving evidence during the libel trial two years ago, she mocked his contribution and told The Sun: "The best bit to come from Wayne’s evidence was him being likened to a ‘hot potato'. I wonder if you cut him open, if he’s all cheese and beans — because he’s defo full of s***!”

She also let rip at Coleen's sex life when asked if a camel testicle be the worst thing Coleen has ever had in her mouth. "I don’t know. You have to look at her husband for that one."

Considering their public legal battle which left Rebekah instructed by the court to pay Coleen's legal bills, she could be forgiven for not wanting to watch this year's series. But it seems this could not be further from the truth.

When asked if she would tune into ITV to watch one of the original WAGs face the Bushtucker trials, she continued: "Absolutely, we’ll be watching avidly. Everyone seems to think I have this massive problem with Coleen going into the jungle. But do you know what? If you want to fan the fire, the flames are going to get higher. I wasn’t going to carry on talking about this, I had no intention of talking about it, but she clearly can’t let it go."

However, one person on Coleen's side is her fellow WAG and close pal Annie Kilner. With just two days away from the start of the ITV show, it looks as though Annie has found a distraction from her family woes. When asked who she will be rooting for out of all the celebrities placing themselves in the line of fire during this year's show, she wasted no time in revealing that he allegiance is with Coleen - dubbed Wagatha Christie.

While out having a coffee in the exclusive area of Cheshire, Annie was spotted with her youngest child, who she shares with footballer Kyle Walker. And even though Coleen and Annie were seen enjoying a gym session together, she has revealed she will also vote for her to take part in every trial. And judging by the trailer of the ITV show, which was released ahead of when it airs, it looks as though the stars will be facing a number of new gruelling trials.

It was recently reported that the WAGs formed a friendship over the summer when Rebekah Vardy allegedly formed an alliance with Lauryn Goodman. Rebekah and Coleen locked horns after Wayne Rooney's wife accused Rebekah of leaving stories to The Sun, a claim which Rebekah denied.
