TV presenter Alison Hammond has been lauded by fans and fellow celebrities alike as she revealed her natural, makeup free face.

The 49 year old star, who is looking trimmer than ever following her impressive 11 stone weight loss, took to social media to share a candid snap of herself without any make-up, sending her followers into a frenzy. The Great British Bake Off host, who recently sparked speculation about a possible split from her younger boyfriend, posted a photo on Instagram showing her working out in the gym.

The This Morning favourite was seen beaming broadly, her hair styled in braids, and not a trace of makeup on her face.

She posed while on the treadmill, kitted out in her workout gear and headphones. Alongside this 'real', sweaty picture, Alison also shared a glamorous selfie taken on the set of This Morning, shortly after her gym session.

With her long hair loose and curled, she sported a full face of flawless makeup and fluttery false eyelashes. In the caption, she wrote: "Without or with makeup, I’ll always be enough! Embrace both looks and keep real."

Encouraging others to appreciate their own natural beauty, she added: "Your beauty is You and the fact there ain’t no one like you in the whole wide world!" At the time of writing, the post had been up for just three hours but had already garnered an impressive 94,700 likes.

Alison recently opened up about her impressive 11-stone weight loss, revealing she achieved it without using Ozempic. She decided to shed the pounds following the death of her mother, who had expressed concern over Alison's pre-diabetic diagnosis.

At her heaviest, Alison weighed 28 stone, but she now credits her success to cutting out sweets, fatty foods, and working out with a personal trainer. She explained that weight-loss jabs weren’t for her, saying: "I think that, for people who need to use them, they’re a good thing - but for me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened.

"So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did."
