Michelle Keegan admits there has been a "boring" change in her marriage to Mark Wright.

Nine years after tying the knot at St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, the actress has admitted that their dating life isn't as rock and roll as it used to be. The 37-year-old has let fans in on the reality of being married for almost a decade.

The Fool Me Once star said that their once late-night dates now tend to be earlier and "a bit more boring". She said that now the pair have been together for quite some time that they now spend more time together at home.

Michelle told Closer Magazine: "I'm happy to have a night on the sofa with our dogs watching TV and relaxing. But we do still like to get dressed up and go out for dinner. In the old days, we'd go out for dinner and drinks until the early hours. But now, after dinner, I'll look at my watch and say, 'It's 9:30pm, we'd better get back home for bedtime! It's a bit more boring now!"

Despite this, it seems that Michelle is keeping busy with her impressive acting career and it sounds like she'll have plenty of exciting projects in the future. Danny Brocklehurst, a producer who has worked with Michelle on shows like Brassic, has predicted she'll be in high demand now.

Speaking to the Daily Star, he said: "I think there's a very high chance we won’t be able to get her for TV shows in the future." Michelle's latest acting job in Fool Me Once has soared in popularity, becoming Netflix's most-watched series so far this year and enthralling viewers across the globe.

Michelle's husband Mark Wright, whom she's been married to since 2015, has shared his belief in her acting potential. He suggested she could be the next Bond Girl due to her down-to-earth personality and commitment to her roots, as he discussed on Heart Radio.

"That is why when she sits there and reads news that she's in the running to be the next Bond Girl, she's like 'nah, no chance, I'm not having it!' But then when you think about it, why not?" he said. "

But this isn't enough to make Mark think that his wife won't get the role. He added: "They've put her in the mix with Jodie Comer, [who] also could be running, and in the past we've had Rosamund Pike, Monica Bellucci, Halle Berry - just imagine if Michelle is the next Bond girl!"
