The excitement for the 2025 Oscars is already building, with A-list stars gearing up for the glamorous awards ceremony.

Demi Moore was among the celebrities spotted at the pre-party for the 97th Academy Awards, which showcases the latest talent in Hollywood. The 62-year-old actress looked as radiant as ever, turning heads as she posed for photos at The Polo Lounge at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel.

Moore stunned in a black tweed blazer with white floral trim and a pointed collar, paired with matching shorts that stopped just above her knees and elegant heels. She was also seen clutching her elegant Chanel handbag.

The Oscars are set to take place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, on Monday, March 3, at midnight GMT (4 pm Sunday, March 2, local time). Despite her impressive career spanning decades, which began in the 1980s, Demi could be in line for her first-ever Oscars award due to her role in the horror flick The Substance. In the Best Actress category, she will be up against strong contenders, including Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), Karla Sofia Gascon (Emilia Perez), Mikey Madison (Anora), and Fernanda Torres (I'm Still Here).

The Ghost actress has long amazed fans with her youthful appearance, which has frequently been the focus of media and fan attention. Moore once candidly shared her thoughts on aging as she entered her 60s.

She shares three daughters with her ex-husband Bruce Willis: Rumer, 36, Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 30. Moore became a grandmother last year when Rumer Willis gave birth to her daughter, Louetta.

The Hollywood icon said while appearing on TODAY: “First of all, I really try to be as present in the moment as possible,” the actress confessed. “And what I feel from that is an excitement of possibilities. That we’re defining a new, I don’t want to say a generation, but we are what the future is for women.”

“My children are grown. I have the most independence and autonomy to really redefine where I want to go. I don’t know what that looks like or where it is, but I’m just excited to be living in it,” she added.

Moore rose to fame in the early 1980s and became the world's highest-paid actress by 1995. She starred in the 1996 movie Striptease, and was reportedly paid a huge sum of $12.5 million for her role in the film.

Speaking to the New York Times for its The Interview podcast, the actress previously stated about her role: "Well, with Striptease, it was as if I had betrayed women, and with G.I. Jane, it was as if I had betrayed men.

"But I think the interesting piece is that when I became the highest-paid actress - why is it that, at that moment, the choice was to bring me down?" She added: "I don't take this personally. I think anyone who had been in the position that was the first to get that kind of equality of pay would probably have taken a hit.

She continued: "But because I did a film that was dealing with the world of stripping and the body, I was extremely shamed."

'And it's no different than when I did the cover for Vanity Fair pregnant. I didn't understand why it was such a big deal, why women when they were pregnant needed to be hidden? Why is it that we have to deny that we had sex? That's the fear, right, that if you show your belly, that means, "Oh my gosh, you've had sex."'

The Substance received a 13-minute standing ovation at its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. The film follows Elisabeth Sparkle (Demi Moore), a fading celebrity who, after being fired due to her age, uses a black-market drug that creates a younger version of herself (Margaret Qualley) and her transformation leads to unexpected and horrific consequences.

In a candid interview, Moore revealed that the film has helped her reflect on a time in her life when she placed "a lot of value" on her physical appearance.

"I placed a lot of value on what my body looked like, as being a defining marker of whether I belonged or not, whether I could succeed or not, all of those things, which, again, is a big part of the theme in the film," she told TODAY.

"I think sometimes people have looked at this as really exploring the idea of what the pressures of the externals like ... at the end of the day, it's the violence of how we look in the mirror, the compare and despair that leaves us feeling so bankrupt," the actress added.
