Paris Fury's prediction for Tyson's rematch with Oleksandr Usyk completely backfired as the Ukrainian went on to settle the series once and for all.

Heading into the mouthwatering rematch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the 'Gypsy King' cut a confident figure and was eager to put on a show amid talks of a potential trilogy between the pair. But come fight night, he fell just short as Usyk's class was on full display on Saturday night.

In what was a closely contest heavyweight dust-up, while Fury was boxing well at times, his Ukrainian rival always found a way to turn the screw and return fire with better combinations. The 37-year-old's speed and shots to the body proved to be too much for the Brit - who has now suffered back-to-back defeats for the first time in his career.

All three of the judges were agreement, scoring the contest in favour of 'The Cat' - who once again proved that he's the best heavyweight of this generation. While many within the boxing community were torn as to who they believed would win the clash, perhaps the most confident person in the entire arena was Tyson's wife, Paris.

Paris, 35, was ringside for her husband's fight after missing the first meeting back in May after suffering a miscarriage. On the day of the fight, she appeared to be full of confidence as she made her way to her seat at the Kingdom Arena. Before the main event, in a brief conversation with TNT Sports, she gave her prediction for the fight... and it couldn't have been more wrong. "It'll be nice to see him win tonight. The mood he's in, he'll do it very quickly and very brutally," she said.

Ahead of the fight, Tyson made a stunning admission - revealing that he had not seen his family for months. “I’ll end his career, this will be, you’ll never hear about Oleksandr Usyk again after this," he told Queensberry Promotions. "It’s been a long camp, hasn’t seen my wife and kids in three months. I haven’t spoken to [my wife] at all in three months. Not one word, sacrificed a lot. But it’ll all be worth it, 100 per cent."

Soon after his comments, Paris herself was quick to offer her response. She shared a clip from Tyson's interview on her official Instagram page, captioning the story: "People don't see the sacrifices made. I've let him solely concentrate on this fight. It seems like he's been gone forever, especially with no contact. But if it's what he needs."
