Arsenal returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 4-0 victory over Ipswich Town.

A Leandro Trossard brace, supported by a first-half goal from Gabriel Martinelli and late strike by Ethan Nwaneri, secured the three points for the Gunners in East Anglia.

Ipswich defender Leif Davis was sent off in the first-half at Portman Road for a tackle on Bukayo Saka, who required treatment from the Arsenal medical staff before being able to continue.

Mikel Arteta's side closed the gap on leaders Liverpool to 10 points in the Premier League table with the win over Ipswich, before the Merseyside outfit travelled to face Leicester City later on Sunday afternoon.

Arsenal will now look ahead to their remaining fixtures, which include just five more in the Premier League as well as a Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain on the horizon.
