UEFA Conference League prize pot revealed
The Blues be awarded millions if they win the competition. UEFA have revealed that the total amount available for distribution to participating clubs in 2024/25 is €3.317bn (£2.8bn), of which just 8.6% (€285m/£242.30m) will be made available for the teams in the Conference League.
So far, Chelsea have secured about €7m for reaching the semi-finals. That fee would double if the west Londoners can win the competition.

Quarter-finalists: €1.3m (£1.10m)

Chelsea earn qualification to UEFA competition
Since the competition was founded in 2021/22, the Conference League winners have been awarded a spot in the following season of the Europa League 'league phase' (formerly group stage).
If Chelsea win the tournament and qualify for the Europa League via the Premier League, the vacancy created will be filled by either the domestic cup winner or the highest domestically ranked club from its division that hasn't already qualified for competition directly.
If Chelsea win the Conference League and qualify for the Champions League via the Premier League, the club has the right to choose between either the European top-flight or the Europa League.
Maresca writes Chelsea into the history books
Maresca has the chance to write Chelsea into the history books, becoming the first club to ever win the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League. The Conference League has only been previously won be Olympiacos, Roma and West Ham.
Only the Italian giants have come close to winning another UEFA competition, losing 4–1 on penalties to Sevilla in the 2022/23 Europa League final.
