Apple reveal MacBook Neo, starting at $599
Apple's new laptop is powered by the A18 Pro chip.
by Donovan Erskine · ShacknewsApple has unveiled the MacBook Neo as the newest addition to its product lineup. The laptop has a 13-inch display and boasts “all-day battery life” according to the tech company. The MacBook Neo will be available starting next week.
As revealed in a blog post, the MacBook Neo features the A18 Pro chip, the same chip found in the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max smartphones. It has two USB-C ports and a headphone jack. Apple says that the new laptop can last for 16 hours on a full charge.
The MacBook Neo has an aluminum design and weighs in at 2.7 pounds. It has a 13-inch display and features an anti-reflective coating.
The MacBook Neo starts at $599 for the 256 GB model and will be released on March 11. In other Apple news, the company recently revealed the iPhone 17e, M5 Pro and Max-powered MacBooks, and a $3,299 monitor.
