Where to find the east wing keycard - Resident Evil Requiem

You'll explore the west wing of the hospital first in Resident Evil Requiem, but you'll need plenty of items from the east wing to finish the area.

Resident Evil Requiem’s Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center is a sprawling hospital full of corridors and rooms. You start in the center and make your way to the west wing first, but it might not be clear how to access the east wing of the facility.

Where to find the east wing keycard

The east wing keycard is found in the parlor of the west wing. To get into the parlor, however, you’ll need to go to the second floor of the west wing, skirt around the zombies in the Bar & Lounge area, and enter the chairman’s office. Immediately on your left as you enter, you’ll notice an ornate white box on a shelf. Once you’ve claimed it, open it using the Examine function and claim the Red Jewel inside.

Go back downstairs to the parlor and insert the Red Jewel into the door’s indent. Inside, you’ll find machines containing prizes, but the item you want is found on a corpse nearby. Approach the corpse and examine its severed arm, and take the east wing keycard from it.

You can now enter the east wing when you’re ready, but be sure to explore the west wing as thoroughly as you can first.
