Fortnite gets South Park content and 5-player squads this week

Cartman, Kenny, Stan, Kyle, and Butters are all getting Fortnite Outfits.

Epic Games has revealed the latest high-profile collaboration coming to Fortnite, and it's South Park. Five characters from the long-running animated series are coming to Fortnite in an update that’ll also see the introduction of Quints, a five-player playlist.

A new short titled “Born in Chaos” gave us our first look at the South Park content coming to Fortnite. Cartman, Kenny, Stan, Kyle, and Butters will all receive Fortnite Outfits, and the trailer shows what the characters will look like in game.

The Chapter 7 Battle Royale map will also receive some changes as part of this week’s update. The Wonkeeland amusement park has been rebranded to Cartmanland, and a Stick of Truth item is coming as well. Epic Games is also adding Towlie as a Sidekick that players can pick up in the shop.

Outside of the collaboration, the latest Fortnite update will add Quints. This new playlist finally lets players queue into battle royale in parties of five. It’ll be available until February 5.

Fortnite’s Born in Chaos update will arrive this Friday.
