IBM Q1 2026 earnings results beat revenue expectations, miss EPS whisper number

IBM’s Q1 2026 earnings report was published today. The tech company made $15.9 billion in revenue during the quarter, which beats the expectation of $15.65 billion. Earnings-per-share, however, were $1.91/share, narrowly missing the $1.92 whisper number.
IBM stock took a dive just after the close of markets today. Shares fell as low as $233.40 after ending the day at $252.19.
