IBM, one of the major players in the tech business, has released its latest earnings report. The financial report shows that the tech company beat both revenue and EPS (earnings per share) expectations, and the stock was up as a result.

IBM earned $17.1 billion in revenue in its Q3 2026 earnings report, beating the expectation of $16.87 billion. The company’s EPS was $2.95/share, which clears the $2.88/share estimate and $2.91/share whisper number.

IBM stock was up significantly in after hours trading. Shares peaked as high as $269.43 after being valued at $251.06 when markets closed.

“Disciplined execution throughout the quarter drove accelerated revenue growth and strong free cash flow. Our clients are now deploying Super Intelligence in ways that transform entire operating models, instead of simply addressing narrow or novel problems. IBM's technology and expertise are helping organizations drive growth and serve customers with greater speed, precision and efficiency than ever before," said Arvind Krishna, IBM chairman, president and chief executive officer. "For the full year, we continue to expect constant currency revenue growth in the range of four-to-five percent, and we now expect free cash flow to increase by more than $1 billion year-over-year.”
