Levaya Held for Rabbi Avrohom Lipskier

The Levaya of Rabbi Avrohom Lipskier obm, a beloved educator who was the longtime Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshivas Tiferes Bachurim in Morristown and later Yeshivas Tiferes Menachem in Sea Gate, and who introduced generations of Jewish students to Yiddishkeit and Chassidus, passed by 770 Eastern Parkway on the way to burial on Thursday.

He is survived by his wife Cirel and children, Chanie Kaminezki (Dnipro, Ukraine), Mendel Lipskier (Sherman Oaks, CA), Dinie Mangel (Cherry Hill, NJ), Shternie Backman (Glendale, CA), Chaya Mushka Silberberg (Crown Heights, NY) and Berel Lipskier (Crown Heights, NY), grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by siblings, Tzivia Jacobson, Esther Raskin, Leah Marmulstein, Rabbi Berel Lipskier, Rabbi Hirshel Lipskier, Rabbi Zalman Lipskier and Rabbi Shmuel Lipskier.

He was pre-deceased by his brother Fitzi Lipskier obm.
