vivo Y600i silently unveiled with an 8,000mAh battery

vivo has silently added a new model to its Y600 lineup in China. The new variant is called the vivo Y600i and it arrives with an 8,000mAh battery and a large 6.87-inch display. It joins the recently announced vivo Y600 Turbo and the Y600 Pro.

The Y600i is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, which is paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It offers a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

Alongside the large 8,000mAh battery, which supports 44W wired fast charging, the phone also gets a large 6.87-inch LCD display that offers 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and comes with several AI features.

In the camera department, the vivo Y600i offers a 50MP rear camera with autofocus and an 8MP front-facing camera.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IP69 rating, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual-SIM 5G connectivity.

The vivo Y600i is currently on sale in China in Midnight Black, Sky Blue, and Stardust colorways.

It’s priced at CNY 1,699 ($255) for the 6GB/128GB variant and CNY 1,999 ($300) for the 6GB/256GB option.
