The state recorded a high voter turnout of around 85 per cent across all 234 constituencies. The exit poll results for the Tamil Nadu assembly elections 2026 has been declared today. As per the Zeenia AI exit poll, the DMK is likely to retain power while the AIADMK may get bundled out for around 50 seats. Zeenia AI Exit Poll Results 2026
According to Zeenia AI Exit polls, the DMK alliance (SPA) is projected to win between 140 and 162 seats, with an estimated vote share of 43% to 46%. The AIADMK alliance (NDA) is expected to secure around 52 to 74 seats, with a vote share of 36% to 39%. Within the NDA, the BJP is projected to win about 3 to 7 seats, and these are already included in the AIADMK alliance total.
The TVK party led by Vijay is likely to get between 8 and 18 seats, with a vote share of 14% to 19%. The NTK (led by Seeman) may win 0 to 2 seats, with around 4% to 5% vote share. Others and independents are projected to secure 2 to 6 seats, with a vote share of 3% to 5%.
