‘GTA 6’ Developer Rockstar Games Subpoenas Microsoft, Discord Amid Leaks

Rockstar Games has filed subpoenas with a district court requesting information from Microsoft and Discord regarding gameplay leaks for its eagerly anticipated, unreleased game, “Grand Theft Auto 6.”

Per the documents, filed with the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday, the “copyrighted material includes but is not limited to audiovisual content, artwork, images, dialogue, or other creative elements.”

Representatives for Rockstar, Microsoft and Discord did not immediately respond to request for comment Friday.
