‘Yellowjackets’ Season 3 Sets Showtime Premiere Date
by Jack Dunn · Variety“Yellowjackets” Season 3 has set its official premiere date at Paramount+ with Showtime.
The new season of the thriller drama will premiere with two new episodes on Feb. 14, 2025 on streaming and on demand for Paramount+ subscribers with the Paramount+ with Showtime plan before its linear debut on Feb. 16. The season will launch internationally on Feb. 14 exclusively on Paramount+ in the UK, Australia, Latin America, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and later in the year in France.
A teaser trailer for the new season has also been released, which can be seen below.

Per the official logline, “‘Yellowjackets’ is the saga of a team of wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness. The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over.”
As previously reported, Joel McHale and Hilary Swank will guest star in the new season. They join returning cast members Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Lauren Ambrose, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Steven Krueger, Warren Kole, Kevin Alves, Sarah Desjardins, Simone Kessell, and Elijah Wood.
“Yellowjackets” creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson serve as executive producers and showrunners with Jonathan Lisco. Creative Engine’s Drew Comins, Jeff W. Byrd, Sarah L. Thompson, Ameni Rozsa and Brad Van Arragon also serve as executive producers. The series is produced for Showtime by Lionsgate Television and distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution outside of Paramount+ markets.
