I'm A Celeb fans left distracted as 'Hollywood actor appears in Dean's Bushtucker Trial'

I'm A Celebrity viewers were taken aback when they noticed a 'Hollywood star' during the trial.

In today's episode, Dean confessed he was "freaking out" as he faced the second Bushtucker Trial of the season as voted for by the public, named The Sinister Sarcophagus. He aimed to secure all 10 stars for his campmates, who were feeling the pangs of hunger after their time in the jungle - but it didn't work out as he had hoped.

Upon reaching the trial site, presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly introduced Dean to the mummy figure that he would be enclosed within. To win stars, he had to correctly answer questions about Egypt, which would then allow him to use only his mouth to retrieve a star from a box within 30 seconds.

Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned - with sand filling the sarcophagus and immobilising his legs. Before attempting the trial, he remarked: "You're so extra this series, so extra! " and later recalled: "I went to Egypt years ago, but I wasn't paying attention."

Dean expressed his dread, admitting: "This is my worst nightmare because I can't get out."

After only two questions, Dean found it overwhelming and exclaimed the iconic phrase 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' He was gutted to earn just two stars and faced the tough task of breaking the disappointing news to his fellow campmates.

Nonetheless, the audience's attention was diverted by the uncanny likeness of the sarcophagus to a renowned Hollywood figure, reports the Express.

One fan tweeted: "Did @imacelebrity get Nicolas Cage to pose for that sarcophagus statue? #ImACeleb," while another questioned: "Am I the only one that thinks the sarcophagus face is Nicholas Cage? #ImACeleb."

A third chimed in with: "Nicholas Cage is the latest celebrity to enter the jungle #imaceleb #imacelebrity," and a fourth observed: "That sarcophagus looks like Nicolas Cage #ImACeleb."

Another fan noted: "The sarcophagus totally looks like Nicolas Cage. Spot the difference. #ImACeleb," and yet another added: "Why does it look like Nicolas cage #ImACeleb."
