ITV I'm A Celebrity fans ask 'why' as they say same thing about campmates
by Dan Laurie · Wales OnlineFans of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! have noticed something familiar about the female contestants as they adapt to jungle life.
Ten celebrities have traded their comfortable lifestyles for the camp, but sharp viewers are suspecting that some of the stars haven't fully given up their makeup.
In the episode aired on Tuesday (November 19) of the ITV reality series, social media was abuzz with speculation that Tulisa Contostavlos and Jane Moore might still be applying cosmetics to maintain their glamorous appearance.
On X, previously known as Twitter, one viewer commented: "Who remembers when you couldn't take your makeup into the jungle with you? #ImACeleb.", reports OK!. Another chimed in: "Whens Tulisa's makeup coming off then? #ImACeleb".
A third spectator remarked: "@imacelebrity have Jane and Tulisa got makeup on #ImACeleb" Meanwhile, a fourth person questioned: "Why is Jane still wearing makeup #ImACeleb."
Earlier in the show, Dean McCullough had a momentous first. The Radio 1 DJ was the initial contestant to shout I'm A Celebrity.
He was chosen by viewers to face The Sinister Sarcophagus trial, but it didn't go quite as expected.
Upon reaching the trial site, Dean encountered a mummy statue which he would be enclosed in for the trial's duration. Concurrently, he had to answer questions related to Egypt.
For each correct answer, a star would descend, and he had to free it using only his mouth within a 30-second timeframe.
Dean was clearly not thrilled with the level of challenge presented to him on the show, remarking to Ant and Dec: "You're so extra this series, so extra! " He also mentioned a past trip, saying: "I went to Egypt years ago, but I wasn't paying attention."
As Dean faced his fears inside the sarcophagus, he admitted: "This is my worst nightmare because I can't get out."
The trial quickly escalated as sand began to fill the compartment where he lay, followed by an onslaught of giant mealworms and crickets into the section encasing his head.
Despite managing to answer two questions correctly and securing the stars, the pressure became overwhelming for Dean. In a moment of distress, he exclaimed the infamous words: "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! ".
Emerging from the trial, an emotional Dean broke down, prompting Ant and Dec to step in with comfort. "Hey, hey, you're alright," they consoled him while he struggled to regain composure.
Acknowledging the difficulty of the task, Ant sympathised, "Sometimes you just can't do it," as Dean continued to weep, expressing his discomfort at being unable to move his legs. The hosts then had the unfortunate task of informing him that he had only managed to win two stars for the camp.
