Rob Reiner Family Guide: Wife Michele, His 4 Kids, Including Tracy and Nick
· The Fresno BeeRob Reiner's family has always been synonymous with showbiz.
The Princess Bride director and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in their Brentwood, Los Angeles, home on Sunday, December 14. Rob leaves behind four children.
Rob, who was 78, won two Emmy awards for his role as Mike "Meathead" Stivic in the classic sitcom All in the Family, before gaining notoriety as a filmmaker. In the span of just six years, he released acclaimed movies Stand by Me (1986), The Princess Bride (1987), When Harry Met Sally… (1989), Misery (1990) and A Few Good Men (1992).
But talent has always run in the Reiner family - his parents were actors Estelle and Carl Reiner, his wife was a producer, and his daughter, Tracy, was also an actress.

In an interview with The A.V. Club in 2016, Rob said he changed the ending of the classic romantic comedy after meeting his wife. (Initially, Harry and Sally were meant to walk away from each other, but in the final cut, they get married.)

Romy is also active on social media, often sharing cute videos with her dad, including an Instagram video in April in which they discussed "hotness."
