BBC Strictly Come Dancing viewers have predicted it will be the "last time" they see a star on the show. Strictly Come Dancing viewers have predicted GoCompare crooner Wynne Evans will be sent home following his performance in Blackpool.

Wynne is partnered with Russian pro dancer Katya Jones on the ongoing series. Taking to Twitter, now X, one person saidL "Wynne needs the boot . Overmarked every week. Totally forgot some of the steps tonight." Another added: "Think Wynne went a bit wrong but was hilarious."

"Just by the sheer number of mistakes, and the fact he looked like he’d forgotten most of the choreography, it’s an injustice that Wynne got eights after that routine.," a third typed. Someone else commented: "I can see Wynne making the bottom 2 again, mistakes dotted around."

While another added: "Wynne NEEDS to go home … so many mistakes!" Despite being the favourite to leave, the opera star remains upbeat. He shared a photo on Instagram with his professional partner Katya Jones, both wearing colourful-rimmed glasses spelling out 'Blackpool'.

He wrote: "The magic of strictly is that a total non dancer of my age shape and size can dance with a three time world champion @katyajones at Blackpool tower ballroom and have the best time ever." His fans were quick to rally behind him. One commented: "Exactly why you're so super... for a non dancer to go out and dance like that every week..."

Another fan wished him luck, saying: "The very best of luck! Go out on that amazing dance floor and have the most wonderful time." A third added: "You absolutely deserve to be there! Looking forward to your Charleston - have fun."

A fourth supporter praised him: "Wynne, you are doing brilliantly, you've got our votes." Another said: "So glad you're still in the competition, Wynne. You never fail to entertain me."
